A. RentMyChurch.com, Inc. referred to in this document as "RMC," provides an exclusive annual membership to add, update, and maintain profile information about your church/chapel. The goal of RMC is to provide a "one-stop" shop for churches/chapel to showcase their ministry/service, plus provide an opportunity for individuals looking for a church/chapel to access to your church/chapel information. We Guarantee that is your church/chapel is not rented within the first year, the second year is on us.
B. A RMC Membership agreement provides the following services to the profile owner:

D. This agreement will remain in effect from day the membership account is established to the day membership is discontinued. In the event of a member's early termination, which must be provided in writing by emailing customercare@rentmychurch.com, RMC will not issue pro-rated or partial refunds.
E. Membership Cancellation: The member agrees to provide RMC with information regarding the cancellation of their membership else the above-mentioned rates will be renewed monthly or annually and the member's account will be kept active. The agreement starts once the account information has been provided and payment received.
F. Information Approval: We reserve the right to refuse or disable any profile that promotes unacceptable content such as sex, violence and illegal activities or does not uphold standards that are acceptable to what RMC deems appropriate. Any memberships that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of RMC. Members are solely responsible for the profile content and material included on their profile page.
H. Advertising: With the acceptance of a membership agreement, RMC will handle Internet marketing for the overall site. Advertising will occur through means such as Bridal Shows and Business Conferences, other websites, website linking, social media, as well as the registration to search engines such as Google and Yahoo for online advertising.
J. Following the initial release of the website, RMC will continue to maintain and update the site and its capabilities. All problems or issues will be corrected in a timely fashion. If a member wishes to request additional functionality beyond the current functionality of the site, the RMC owners will consider each request and decide in the best interest of the entire RMC website. K. Local Rules and Regulations: Churches/Chapels are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes and safety compliance when renting out your facility/providing a service.
L. Notice to all Individuals/Businesses: You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by prospective individuals/businesses or churches. You assume all liability for use of any information you find in RMC's content. RMC assumes no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here. Not all profiles are created by the churches/chapels; as it may be a marketing/branding company, please make sure to verify the information given.
M. Because RMC completely believes in our ability to make sure your church/chapel gets exposure 24/7 365 days a year, we GURANTEE that if you church/chapel is not rented within the first year, the second year is on us. We are committed to doing everything we can to make sure each of our partners maintains a realationship with us for years to come.
